am a fan of gthumb and shotwell
Gthumb is in middle ground between an image album organizer and an image viewer. Last I checked it organizes the images hierarchically by folders as opposed to regular image organizers.
Shotwell functions more of a image library manager than a image viewer. Takes time to load images when compared to eye-of-gnome. It is fair, they have different work.
but this gwenview seems really cool
Even I heard of it, but since it is for KDE, I need to install a ton of kdelibs. Not saying I hate KDE, but again, I want my apps to look native as much as possible.
