Thanks for bringing this press release to our notice.

A computer lab is NOT the solution to the "education initiatives". And this is just a prototype. It would remain to be seen how this is deployed and how this actually impacts the end users.

Apologies for being rather too direct, but fitting a container with computers is not going to be a solution. The basic issue is lack of teachers or effective inducements at the peripheral level. But this mailing list is not for such an issue (IMHO).
