Ram, What they are looking is Office 365 which is a collaboration suit available on cloud and not Microsoft office locally installed. The mandate is wrong, you can't install office 365, you can just sign up and start using it in cloud. AICTE can't even write grammar free mandate forget about they suggesting alternate tools.
