Just sharing.

I have been using ubuntu since version 6. But was unsatisfied with the
default viewer for image files--called Image Viewer. As it used to hang the
computer for no apparent reason.

But now I have discovered gwenview which seems to not crash, plus it has a
better user interface as well. Had tried shotwell as well (which has no
file menu but icons only for a few specialised functions such as red eye
reduction etc) but prefer gwenview now and have made it my default program.
