Another vote for Lenovo G50-30. I recently installed Ubuntu 15.10 64
bit on one such laptop. The only thing that didn't work out of box was
wireless and HP printer.
Making the wireless required installing additional firmware for
broadcom chipset. Just connect using etherness or wireless usb dongle
and go to 'System Settings' -> 'Softwares & Updates' -> 'Additional
Drivers'.
Once you have internet working you can install HPLIP and let it take
care of installing driver for the printer.

Just keep one thing in mind. If you are planning to dual boot this
laptop then switch it to UEFI mode, disable secure boot and fast boot
before installing Windows/Ubuntu. Once you have installed either OS
you can not switch it back to legacy mode.
