Hallo Junise,
it seems these packages are not yet available for focal (20.04) but they are
available for bionic (18.04) which is a LTS release. You can still use that
version since is supported until 2023.

I was using these packages till the last version 19.10 (actually I upgraded to
19.10 from 18.04 LTS and this 20.04 is a fresh install). Currently, many of my
python projects cannot be run without this python-pip, or I have to upgrade my
projects to python 3. What happened with ntfs-config. Is there any option to
install it from the source or I have to manually add the ntfs partition details
in the fstab?
