I second this request. Java apps with GTKLookAndFeel look much better integrated than the ones with MetalLookAndFeel.
I think all we need to do is ... 1. Add a /etc/java-6-openjdk/swing.properties file with following content. # Swing properties swing.defaultlaf=com.sun.java.swing.plaf.gtk.GTKLookAndFeel 2.
