A question was asked in a language (Icelandic) spoken by none of the registered Ubuntu answer contacts.
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/54354 I was wondering whether the Icelandic version of Ubuntu should use the conventional quotes (view http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quotation_mark,_non-English_usage for further information). Should they be like in English or should they be changed?
