Public bug reported:

The following sentences uses the word "Starter", though I think it
refers to the Launcher:

"Unity includes the Starter, the Dash, the \acronym{HUD}, indicators,
and an on-screen display notification system (\acronym{OSD}). All these
features will be explained in this guide."

That's the only sentence refering to the "Starter" in the whole manual,
so I guess it should be changed to "Launcher", which is the standard
term now for that feature.

I can fix this in the Spanish translation for Saucy.
