Hi, I am writing the totem section but can't get a DVD to play in Totem! I can't use the menus, therefore can't start the dvd.
When I install Ubuntu I install vlc, ubuntu-restricted-extras, libdvdread4, and run sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh the same DVD plays in vlc and xine. I have google searched and most posts say install vlc or mplayer. Has anyone managed to get dvds playing in totem? Also is there a GUI way to do? sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh If there isn't a way I assume its ok to put command line use in the basic section. I will start on F-spot whilst I try and work this out.
