Bug description:
Binary package hint: software-center
The design of the main screen of sofware-center got updated by the design team.
Apparently there was some misunderstanding about when exactly the freeze would
go into effect so the changes are a bit late. I file a UI freeze exception
therefore.
The new layout is a visual refresh that also makes the "featured" category more
prominent.
