Thanks for that. I got the source and can get the .pdf to build OK using the makefile provided. The next stage is going to be difficult as it won't work the way I had been trying. But I shall have a go when I can find the time. I think I need to find some Tex tools I don't have yet, so I shall have to do a bit more research.
