I do not know what causes this error, but I suggest you use a program
like Xchat.

Hello all,
we've many new members in the project.
The 12.10 series has already started, so i think this
weekend is a great opportunity to organize a
meeting/gathering to meet these people.
It's great for authors and editors to know each other,
cooperate and become familiar as time passes.
The best part of a community project is the connections
that you make with people from all over the world.
