It's actually the wrap-around cover's dimensions that vary slightly. The title pages stay the same size (though the size of the text and other elements on the title page may vary depending on the translated title and author text). The title pages and wrap-around cover need to be updated at the same time. That's the primary reason why Thorsten and I usually handle it.
