While checking this link in our manual precise-e2, I found it doesn't
exist anymore:

On U1 I see that contacts sync is no longer active:
Contacts sync is no longer active. We are working on a complete revamp
of our underlying data sync infrastructure. Once that work is completed
we will re-evaluate contacts sync for mobile and desktop platforms.
I have changed the link in the Dutch translation like this:
