If we want to drop the whole section, we can just comment out or
remove the line from working-with-ubuntu/working-with-ubuntu.tex where
it says \input{working-with-ubuntu/ubuntuone}.
There are a couple other mentions of Ubuntu One in the manual
(installation/installation.tex, ubuntu-desktop/unity.tex), too.
