I have made a few changes to the trusty version, according to the
suggestions on crocodoc. You can find the revised version here:

If you still find anything that needs to be changed, please add comment
to this revised document.
Please have a look at the updated credits section. If your name is not
there, let me know. If you see your name and you have not contributed to
