Hello Pravin,
Of course I can send you the latest ubuntu-manual.pdf (revno 32, 6.4
MB), but if you have downloaded the latest branch and installed Texlive,
all you have to do is go to the folder where you installed um-xenial and
enter the command make. The file ubuntu-manual.pdf will then appear in
that folder.
If you have not installed texlive, let me know and I will send you the
pdf file.
