There have been some interest in the community [1] for Ubuntu alu
stickers for the computers. Like the ones currently on 95% of all
computers saying "Designed for Windows".
Maybe it would be possible to ship a Ubuntu sticker with each Dapper CD?
It will be a strong signal that this product is a serious alternative to
"that other software" you have running on your computer.

PS: There's also the point that right now my mom-in-law runs Ubuntu
happily every day but still has that Windows sticker on her box. I'm not
sure that she even realizes that Ubuntu is not just some sort of stable
version of Windows (even though I've tried hard to explain to her what
Linux and free software is about). Naive as I am I actually believe that
a sticker would change this.
