I can guarantee neither of them have read or signed the CoC. They spent an hour last night spamming and trolling the IRC channel, using language one wouldn't expect a member of the Ubuntu community to use. I am not a bible thumper in no means, however I decided to sign the CoC and abide by it. I am in no ways perfect, but this angers me that these two would even attempt such a feat.
