Before you can use the Ubuntu logo/name on anything that isn't Ubuntu
you need permission from Canonical (it is a registered trademark). This
is especially true if you are charging money (I don't think it make
any legal difference but Canonical might be more likely to turn a
blind eye if you are giving stuff away with the logo on it than
selling it)
