Actually it's currently open to all Ubuntu members which includes a
number of people whose primary contribution to the Ubuntu project is not
as a software developer.

I really like it. Our fridge here at home has all sorts of things that
members of the family { have done | are doing | will do } on it. So
it's a wonderful metaphor for mine. That said, I can understand it if
leaves some people a little "cold" ;) .
