Fair enough. Though I must point out that in my suggested template, the
first section is a brief introduction as to what the team is about, just
above the contact details. The idea was to tell people about the team
first, as that will help them to know what kind of issues to take up
with the team.

BTW: you can link to individual headlines in the wiki if that's what
you're looking for. You can also add a Table of Contents.
