If you plan to do an installation of Feisty Herd 2, be sure to head

of time at your hands, you can really help to improve Ubuntu. We have
two different tests; one takes just a short while, but the other is
more thorough.

Installation will fail after "detecting hardware" -> cannot mount CD-ROM.
Test CD for integrity fails at the same point. Looks to me like the
system is picking some
strange drivers (can't see in detail - going by too fast), and not
getting far with those...
Tested on two boards:
AMD Geode LX800 + LG DVD reader
AMD Sempron + Via chipset + Toshiba DVD reader/writer
