I just discovered the Tech answer system in the new Ubuntu website's
support area. If someone has any more info on this I think it would
nice to highlight this feature and maybe explain how it is different
from the bug reporting or even forums help areas. From the website:
Technical Answers System
You can also add your support question in the new tech answers which
is a part of the Launchpad system. Here you can keep your query
active until a community member offers an answer which solves your
problem. You can also search through all of the other questions which
have been asked and answered.
