You didn't search well enough [1] :) The doc.ubuntu.com server folks have hinted that the MT stuff will have to go, so we moved away from there to diy.devubuntu.com, our own :) (provided by the devubuntu project). The files are all under free licences - this particular one is mostly by me, so let's say GPLv3 (I'm a big fan :)). On another note, I have about a thousand of them printed out, and I send them out to the community for as cheap as possible [2] - and have already sent some 12000.
