http://ubuntuvideo.com/ ? It pulls together content from youtube. It already has quite a large amount of content, albeit culled from elsewhere and not "made for" them AIUI. On the subject of screencasts.ubuntu.com - I have (through personal circumstance) dropped the ball on that for a while. I plan to beef it up over the coming weeks with a few planned screencasts, some submissions (already in the queue and needing upload). If there are any suggestions on how we can improve the video we produce, I'm all ears.
