Great idea! I'd be willing to help where I can.

I did some lobbying in our national parliament last December in Bern,
Switzerland and created a folder of information for politicians (in
German):

The result was that they filed a so-called "Interpellation" which
demands exact figures from the government about their Vista/Office 2007
migration and how to foster OSS in the future:
