We're in the same time zone, and yes 7 am is early especially on a Saturday, but we have a 13 hour range of time zones on this list and we are on the early end. For those on the late end, noon UTC is 8 pm. Even a two hour meeting, which I feel would be a short one, makes it 10 pm for those peope. That's why I suggested Saturday, since, going on "normal" working hours, we don't have to worry about anyone having to get up early the next morning.
