This is a very viable solution. I think you are right. The two discussions should be separated to avoid more people feeling like you do. And this way we can avoid, hopefully, losing people we can ill afford to lose. I think a new list for those who want to discuss strategy and structure is best. There are too many threads and subscribers to this list to ask them to move. The people who want to be part of the strategy discussions is a much smaller number and it would be more efficient if they were the ones who had to subscribe to the new list. - -- Peace!
