I've been working on this as part of planning with the Ubuntu Advertising team. So far in the UK I have one supplier of Ubuntu pre-loaded desktops http://www.elpatech.co.uk and am working on two 'barebones' manufacturers to see if I can work with them to carry out full testing on selected prebuilt specs. My suggestion to them is for us to provide a wiki page which they can maintain rather than us. I still await their response but will chase. I would like to see Canonical push for a similar initiative in other parts of the world. Barry. -- Barry Drake is a member of the the Ubuntu Advertising team. http://ubuntuadverts.org/
