Hi, I have a couple of science packages sitting on revu in need of review. A great opportunity for science interested MOTU's ;-)
1. Torque <http://revu.ubuntuwire.com/details.py?package=torque> a resource manager providing control over batch jobs and distributed compute nodes. Torque is based on OpenPBS version 2.3.12. It is a widespread package for beowulf type HPC clusters. Torque has a pretty strange semi-restricted license, but I discussed it with a number of people on #ubuntu-motu; eventually there was a concensus that the package could go into universe. This is a pretty complicated 10 subpackage package with servers and stuff. 2. theseus <http://revu.ubuntuwire.com/details.py?package=theseus> Maximum likelihood superpositioning of macromolecular structures. A simple single-package package. I have been working with upstream to resolve license issues; should be ok now.
