I think it really depends on how you see MOTU. I see it as our quite small group of cool people :). I was under the impression that not all people on https://launchpad.net/people/ubuntu-dev/+members are actually doing MOTU work. But I might be wrong. If we can assume that all ubuntu-dev members should be part of the MOTU Galaxy on Launchpad, my proposal works even better than I thought.
