Something to keep in mind, is that even if we do update to a new version
(already in marilat) it will depend on x264, which we don't have in
dapper (also in marilat - old version in revu).

The only issue I see is that x264 is done as a static lib. I tried
earlier to convert the one I sent to revu into shared libs, but my lack
of experience and lack of time has prevented me from doing that.

It may also be a good idea to update xvid from 1.1beta2 to 1.1 final
(again in marilat) to go with this, so we don't need to do it via
dapper-updates.

Otherwise it should be ok to update
