I've been thinking about this as well, however since we have 0.3 in backports, 
that would mean that everyone who installed the newer version from backports 
will get a downgraded version of supertux once he dist-upgrades to feisty, 
which I guess is not what these people want.

As a side note, the descriptions of supertux has been modified to show that 
it's the unstable development version, also pointing to supertux-stable for a 
stable gaming experience.
