Sorry for the first more confusing post, here is a clear example and
the long version of it all:

Just to make it clear on my part, this bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/102406 is in the debian mentors
system at the moment and is sitting there for review. So, if I'm
looking through my needs packaging list
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs?field.searchtext=&orderby=-importance&field.status%3Alist=New&field.status%3Alist=Incomplete&field.status%3Alist=Confirmed&field.status%3Alist=Triaged&field.status%3Alist=In+Progress&field.status%3Alist=Fix+Committed&assignee_option=any&field.assignee=&field.bug_reporter=&field.bug_contact=&field.component-empty-marker=1&field.status_upstream-empty-marker=1&field.omit_dupes.used=&field.omit_dupes=on&field.has_patch.used=&field.tag=needs-packaging&field.has_cve.used=&field.has_no_package.used=&search=Search&start=75

Looking for a package, I would not like to see this bug, because it's
already being worked on: the package is already there, it just needs a
sponsor.

I first thought people where just lazy and didn't mark it as "In
Progress", so I did. However, when I came across a second package with
similar problems, I started to wonder if I did the right thing.

What should be the status of a bug like this, should I change it back
and if so, what is the right way of filtering these bugs out of my
list?

With kind regards,
  Bram

PS As Siegfried and Scott posted: I've added the WNPP to the
"+Distribution" on the Warzone 2100 bug, but I still would like some
more information on this.
