Hey, Hewlett-Packard has launched [1] a very cool open source tracking tool called FOSSology. If you check out the FOSSology website [2], there is a short video showing how the tool can be used for example to analyse licenses of open source projects.
This tool is something that would be extremely useful for maintaining Universe, and the License browsing feature is awsome. Take a look!
