This meeting was short and sweet. The only agenda item for this meeting was
"FeatureFreeze exceptions for bug fix releases: FreezeExceptionProcess says that up to Alpha 6, only releases with new features need FFes. Release team members seem unclear as to whether that remains standing." After a solid 4 and 0 vote, it was decided that instead of taking the Feature Freeze Exception to Alpha 6, we would in fact go through the RC release. This means that if you have a package that has a new upstream release that contains only bug fixes, then you can follow the exceptions listed at https://wiki.kubuntu.org/FreezeExceptionProcess#head-48c3faef9ff707617ab72df30c90ccc3eaeefd84 up to the RC release.
