I've checked that the private bug didn't contain confidential information, and as it didn't I've made it public. Now you can work from the master bug. For the next time, if you are on IRC you can ask in #ubuntu-bugs, and somebody with enough powers (people on ~ubuntu-bugcontrol) will do that for you.
