What is the MC doing to address this? While there are certainly applications that have stalled for lack of sponsor feedback, there are also plenty that have stalled for lack of MC voting. It seems to me that the current proposal goes into a lot of detail on making sure the community have their inputs together for the MC, but that's only half the problem.
