Hello Volker, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. zend-framework 1.8.2 is already in Ubuntu Karmic [1]. What version of Ubuntu are you running that you are getting 1.5.2? We have 1.5.1 in hardy, 1.5.3 in intrepid, 1.7.5 in jaunty, and 1.8.2 in karmic.
