I changed $maxURLs to 1000 and then ran it against my web server, from the
same machine. I've been getting:
Error: could not get /TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd from www.w3.org
(reason given was Service Unavailable due to Abuse from requesting IP)
It appears as though wdg-html-validator is hitting w3.org every time it
validates a url, and w3.org doesn't appreciate it.
