Hallo,
the actual chromium package is not up to date:
chromium-browser (22.0.1229.94~r161065-0ubuntu1) [*universe*]
versus
linux satbel 23.0.1271.95 from the chromium homepage.
As far as I am informed there are a number of security patches in the newer
version.
As I am not used to "beeing behind on Ubutnu": Is there a reason for the
"non-ugrade"?
And before you ask me the get involved: I am lacking skills and time due to
work pressure...
