You need to have the dh-autoreconf package installed on your local machine,
since it provides the debhelper addon.
Aah ok. I thought a entry in BuildDepends are enough.
Besides, you don't need to specify both autotools-dev and autoreconf, using the
latter will also upgrade config.guess/sub as needed (if the autotools-dev
package is installed.)
