Release 2.16 of doclifter is now available at:

Here are the most recent changes:
Code now runs under either Python 2 or Python 3.
Possible input encodings can be specified with the -i option.
Change default output encoding from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8.
Handle .de co and .de au in NAME sections; the groff suite needs this.
