Artful Aardvark's Feature Freeze (and thus, Debian Import Freeze) was
set in place[1] on August 24th. If there are bugfixes you would like in
Artful (I see you're the Debian maintainer), please file a bug against
tslib[2] with a debdiff, or a Feature Freeze Exception[3] if there are
new features.

Thanks for the info. I haven't even thought of it that much and didn't
know
that nothing propagates through to some Ubuntu tree in times of a
freeze.
1.11 can be shipped; no need for intervention here.
