Great work, Joseph. The colours and theming generally feels more Ubuntu-y. Here's a few thoughts I had when looking at the diagrams: first up I feel the lines and text could be a bit thinner. Also the twisted arrows seem to make what they try to explain more of a puzzle than a logical progression through defined steps from A to B.

Whilst I don't think these images are bad, in fact they are quite clear and easy to read, I believe they could be made a bit more Ubuntu-y :) By this I mean using the Ubuntu Brand Guidelines to create some diagrams which fit in with the feel of the new Ubuntu Brand.
