Thanks for your report. Does the command mentioned in the bug report
work for you if you install ubuntu-dev-tools? If you follow
http://developer.ubuntu.com/packaging/html/getting-set-up.html the
package is in mentioned in there. If this doesn't make it work, please
let us know.

In the section "Set up pbuilder", the line "Setting pbuilder up is
very easy, run:",
the command should be something like:
sudo pbuilder --create --distribution quantal
not:
pbuilder-dist <release> create
