I didn't see it until you pointed it out, no. I was also looking at http://developer.ubuntu.com/packaging/singlehtml. I almost always opt for the "single page" version of anything so I don't have jump around. So perhaps a sentence that say something like: "We value your feedback, suggestions, which you can report at <url>. This url will also be available at the bottom of each webpage so you don't have to memorize it."
