Is this only for the webserver? does PH.Net include DNS service? on most of
our domains acquired from registrars (eg. namecheap, moniker, dynadot,
godaddy) we have DNS services included.

You can probably have one from your registrar and one from a third-party DNS
service provider like Zoneedit.

For being behind NAT, you can probably do port forwarding.
